You bring together your model's evaluation results and the feedback you gathered on them from stakeholders: the chosen metrics and what they mean for the client's problem in plain language, including where the model fails and for whom. You describe how you presented these results, what came back, and how you responded — distinguishing feedback you acted on from feedback you consciously set aside and why — then weigh alternatives such as adjusting a threshold, retraining, or changing scope, and end with a substantiated recommendation.
