As a Digital Business Engineer you are the connecting link between organisations and IT: you research opportunities, align stakeholders, and translate ideas into scalable solutions. Personal leadership is what makes that role sustainable: recognising opportunities and taking initiative, steering your own learning around business-IT alignment, using AI critically and responsibly, and inspiring the stakeholders and colleagues you work with by sharing what you know. It is assessed through reflection, portfolio, and observed behaviour, not a knowledge test.
