- OR1: You work from a concrete plan or design, in which you can explain what you are going to create, why you are choosing this approach, and what steps are involved.
- OR2: You familiarize yourself with existing practices in the field and apply relevant standards and methods.
- OR3: You actively involve stakeholders by showing work in a timely manner and incorporating feedback.
- OR4: You validate the solution before delivering it, demonstrating that it works as intended, is free of known errors, and is ready for use.
- OR5: You take into account the interests of end users, such as privacy, security, or accessibility.
Level 3 Learning Outcome Designing & Realising
You design and realise fitting solutions in dialogue with stakeholders, work according to professional standards, and systematically validate whether the solution works and meets the needs. Success criteria:
- OR1: You design and implement systematically, justify choices in relation to alternatives, and adapt based on new insights.
- OR2: You independently select relevant standards and methods from the field and substantiate why they fit the context.
- OR3: You proactively involve multiple stakeholders with diverse interests, coordinate systematically, and consciously weigh their feedback in your choices.
- OR4: You systematically validate whether the solution does what it is supposed to do, critically evaluate quality, and draw conclusions for improvement.
- OR5: In your design and implementation, you consciously take into account the broader impact on end users and society, while forming your own ethical judgment.
