MS1: You plan and organize the work according to an agreed process
MS2: You actively study progress and collaboration and draw conclusions about what is going well and what could be improved.
MS3: You address team members constructively when you identify bottlenecks
MS4: You ensure that your work is transparent and usable for others
MS5: You take on tasks that contribute to the team goal, even if they fall outside your own responsibilities.

You proactively monitor the process, adjust course where needed, work constructively together in multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to team results and team collaboration. Success criteria:

MS1: You anticipate risks and bottlenecks in the process before they become problems and ensure that the work remains transparent and transferable.
MS2: You critically evaluate progress and collaboration, recognize patterns, and proactively adjust the process where necessary.
MS3: You constructively address team members regarding their behavior and contribution, even in complex or tense situations.
MS4: You ensure that your work aligns with that of others and contributes to the joint result.
MS5: You support others in their contribution to the team goal.
