Daily Stand‑up
A short (10‑minute) meeting held each morning at 09:00 am. The team briefly reports:
- What was done yesterday?
- What will be done today?
- Any blockers?
The meeting is standing, informal, and follows a light structure. If additional discussion is needed, it can be scheduled after the stand‑up.
