Internal Sprint Delivery

An internal sprint delivery takes place on campus during the last week of the sprint and lasts 45 minutes. Two teachers evaluate the project; the client is not present. The team demonstrates, via the Issue Board, how the sprint goal has been achieved, with each member explaining their personal contribution in the context of the whole. Teachers may ask follow‑up questions. Afterwards, the next sprint's goals and required resources are discussed.
