Definition of Done (DoD)

All user stories must satisfy the standard Definition of Done before delivery. Minimum DoD criteria:

  • The US has a related LS containing definition, approach, and acceptance criteria.
  • The US has passed all prescribed phases according to the workflow.
  • The US is built following the step‑by‑step plan from the LS.
  • The US is internally reviewed against the LS acceptance criteria and feedback is incorporated.
  • The US is externally reviewed against the LS acceptance criteria and feedback is incorporated.
