Issue Board
One Issue Board is used per sprint. User stories progress through several development phases:
| Fase | Toelichting |
|---|---|
| Open | New item, assigned to a developer |
| Develop | Developer moves item to Develop, adds links to repository files, then moves it to Review and assigns a reviewer |
| Review | Reviewer provides feedback based on acceptance criteria or marks it as satisfied, then moves item to Refine and assigns it back to the developer |
| Refine | Developer incorporates feedback, repeats review until all criteria are met, then moves item to Evaluate |
| Evaluate | Item is externally evaluated via a peer review by a fixed other team; feedback is added, then item moves to Finalize |
| Finalize | Developer processes evaluation feedback and notates his/her reflection on the work |
| Closed | Item is closed by the developer and remains assigned |
The Issue Board is the central communication tool for the project and all meetings.
